How do I Order?

On all pages showing prices, enter the quantity desired in the text box next to (right of) the item you would like to order...

Click on the 'Buy Now' button anywhere on the same page.
That's it!

Our regular shopping cart system is the easiest way to order from us (unless you have your "cookies" turned off on your browser then use one of the other methods below). Simply go to the page that shows the products that you desire and on that page will be the boxes that show 0 which you then simply change to the desired product quantity and then hit "Click To Add."

What is your return policy?

You may return products you are not satisfied with, are damaged or defective.
To return products, including those under warranty, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from us. To receive this number, contact us at customerservice@Iconicwater.com . When contacting us to receive your RMA number include the following information: Order number and a brief statement of problem.

The product must be returned with transportation charges prepaid and a copy of the original sales receipt. Product must be returned in its original packaging. We will be happy to promptly provide credit for the original purchase price and original shipping charges of the product.

What is your Shipping lead time?

We'll get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 business day of being received. However, there are occasions when we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. If this is the case for your purchase, we will notify you of "backorder" status within 1 business day of receiving your order. We receive frequent shipments from our suppliers and we promise that your wait will not be long. Back ordered items are typically filled within 5-7 business days. If for some reason your order will take longer we will re-notify you and re-confirm your purchase.

What is the warranty offered?

Iconic Water Innovation warrants our branded products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. These warranties do not apply to equipment which has been damaged by accident, negligence, or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way.
